Apantac, provider of cost-effective multiviewers, video walls, extenders, and signal processing solutions is launching its new Crop & Zoom Scaling tool at ISE 2016, stand 10-S114.
The new Scaler is a card designed for the openGear® Platform, an Emmy® award winning, open and modular platform for broadcast and professional AV solutions.
The Scaler (Model: OG-Pinnacle-C) includes a feature set to crop/zoom, and provide horizontal/vertical shifts of SDI video to feed Video Wall tiles, LED Walls or Monitor Walls. Each Scaler card is configured to display one part of the source picture on a tile or a monitor. It accepts and auto-detects a 3G/HD/SD-SDI signal, and has an active input loop for feeding several Scaler cards from the same signal without the need for external distribution. It offers an HDMI/DVI output and a SDI output. The OG-Pinnacle-C Scaler is the first video wall processor for the openGear platform.
The ability to crop, zoom and shift SDI makes this new Scaler card ideal for LED Walls and Studio Backdrops.
The new openGear Scaler will be shown at Apantac’s ISE 2016 stand 10-S114.
